Internet listing allows you to include more detailed information about your property, product or service (including photographs). We advertise the FLXByOwner.com website directly to Finger Lakes residents via direct mailings, Lake Associations and Finger Lakes Chambers of Commerce. We also advertise FLXByOwner.com on other regional websites. Most importantly, because of the amount of information coming in and going out of our web site our performance in all of the major search engines is outstanding.

Listing Costs

Vacation Rental Listing: $19.95/month, $199.50/year (Save $39.90)
A Vacation Rental listing includes up to 20 color photos of your rental, a 1,000+ word property description, a features/amenities list, your phone number, and links to your email and personal website (if you have them). You may only list your property under one lake. To be listed under additional lakes, you will need to purchase additional listings.

Real Estate Listing: $19.95/month

How To List

You have two options for listing with us:

Use traditional listing signup method - Mail/Email:

If you are ready to list your property on our website, follow the two steps described below. Please note that our listing form must be printed out, signed and mailed to us by U.S. mail. It cannot be submitted to us electronically over the internet. Photos may be sent to us by email or mailed to us with the listing form.

1. Print and complete the appropriate listing form:

2. Mail the completed form, your photographs*, and your check or money order (for credit cards, please call in information) to:

*You may mail us your photographs with your listing form in any of the following formats: CF I &II cards, SM card, SD MMC cards, MS PRO, and on a CD ROM. You may also email your photographs to us. If sending your photographs by email, attach one digital photograph to one email message; so if you are sending two photos, you will send two emails. Include your last name in the subject line of each email message. Email the photos to listings@flxbyowner.com. It is also helpful if you send us an email without any photo attachments letting us know how many photos you are sending us by email. Please note on your listing form that you have or will be sending X number of digital photos by email.

Once the payment has been received, your listing will be added to our website within ten business days. When your listing is available online, we will send you an e-mail to confirm, along with instructions on how you can modify your listing information online. All Listings are renewable and no refunds will be given if your property is sold/rented before the expiration date. Substitutions of properties are not permitted.
